Social Prescription platform Elemental Software takes centre stage

by Startacus Admin

Social Prescription software platform Elemental Software (we’ve followed their journey for
awhile) have been shortlisted for the prestigious UKBAA Awards in the Best Female Led Angel Investment Category.
Now in its 14th year, the annual UKBAA Angel Investment Awards, (happening 19th June, Liverpool) aim to celebrate high-growth and success in the angel and early-stage investment market – recognising the fastest growing brands and acknowledging the founders, angels, crowd funders and early-stage venture capital investors behind them.
Open to both companies and investors, the Awards seek to recognise the year’s most disruptive new market entrants and provide a definitive list of the most exciting ‘ones to watch’ in the angel and early-stage investment space.

Elemental first came to Startacus’ full attention when they pitched at upSTART ‘16 at Digital DNA, an annual startup pitch competition held at the two-day tech and digital event in Belfast, which Startacus organises and hosts in Collaboration with Digital DNA.
Elemental Software are joined in the Best Female Led Angel Investment Category by seven other female lead ventures

Alongside the Best Female Led Angel Investment Category, the UKBAA Angel Investment Awards include Best Investment in Disruptive Tech, Best Investment in AI Tech, Best International Growth business, to name a few just a few of the listed categories.
Best of luck to all and we look forward to catching up on happenings and whom bags the awards post-event.
If you aren’t already booked to head to Liverpool, why not take a trip to Belfast, where upSTART 18, the UK and Irish startup pitch competition at Digital DNA is due to go down on the 19th and 20th June. And in full circle, Elemental Software Investor and Board Director, Mary McKenna will be one of the esteemed Judges!
