The Self Starter of the Week is...Allan Szymczyk
Why? Allan is the co-founder of Agora Food & Beverages - nothing revolutionary about a Food and Beverages Company perhaps. However the idea behind Agora is to create a business that is completely run by an online community in order to create a business that benefits society & its business stakeholders as much as it benefits its shareholders. Fab idea and whilst there's some way to go to make it a fully fledged business, we do like the concept and the aim to collaboratively self start a business! Nice. So, Allan, congrats, you are this weeks Self Starter of the Week!

The Self Starter of the Week is Emma Coles
Why?
Back in 2008 Emma aunched Ji Ji Kiki, a then-small website selling vintage and handmade jewellery. Fast forward to 2013 and after many, many hours each month of searching around the internet to find bloggers to work with and new places to advertise, Emma just thought there had to be an easier way for both the bloggers and the businesses wanting to work with the publishers to be connected - and so the seeds ofher startup Adlet were sown. Having just launched Adlet to the general publishing and advertising public, we reckon that any idea that makes it simplier for publishers and bloggers to make connections with decent and relevant advertisers, (and money as well!) is a startup worth looking at. Emma who has been involved in this space for some time, is hopefully helping aid that pain and therefore we congratulate Emma on her startup. Congrats Emma, you are this weeks Self Starter of the Week!
