Rockstar Youth incubator gets a visit from Bob Geldof

by
You have probably noticed over recent weeks that things seem to have been going a bit rock'n'roll here at Startacus.
Not only have we outlined the possible links between startup businesses and rock bands, we've also released a "Soundtrack to your Startup Journey" album and generally had a more 'devil may care' attitude towards proceedings.
But all this is nothing compared to what's been going down over at Rockstar Youth, who have announced that the one and only Bob Geldof (correction SIR Bob Geldof) will be a key speaker at their London incubator on January 18th.
In case you need to be brought up to speed, Rockstar Youth is the UKs leading mentoring and funding organisation for young entrepreneurs and offer a comprehensive programme for self starters aged 18-30 to help support the creation of their business. There are also loans of up to £10,000 to go hand-in-hand with their mentoring in order to help get the young entrepreneurs businesses up, running and ready for market.
They are also very well known for their great (if a tad unorthodox) choice of speakers for their incubator events, so the announcement that Sir Bob will be making an appearance later this month comes as no surprise. It promises to be a great event with the world famous Irishman sharing his journey as an entrepreneur and the value of having the right people around you to turn your idea into a reality.
For all the details on the January 18th incubator (including how you can get involved) check out the Rockstar Youth website!
