Ricochet wants to be your automated sales leads AI assistant

by Startacus Admin

Ricochet is an artificial intelligence platform that uses machine learning and natural language processing to not only find new business leads for you, but also to ensure that they are solid leads that fit the needs of your company.
For those who grind through the painful work of generating leads, the monthly target never changing while the pool of potential new clients seems to shrink every day, the work day can be long and frustratingly repetitive. There are services that ostensibly help, but they’re rarely more than an out of date list of businesses you’ve probably already contacted or discounted.
It would benefit everyone, then, if you had a colleague who doesn’t feel pity or remorse or fear, and who absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are de swimming in leads. Wouldn’t it?
Well, Arnie isn’t available to help you with calls and emails, but Newcastle-based AI platform Ricochet is.
Ricochet is, inevitably, an artificial intelligence platform that uses machine learning and natural language processing to not only find new leads for you but also to ensure that they are solid leads that fit the needs of your company. You will initially set up a customer profile for it to use in its search, and from there it will learn what does and doesn’t work for you, improving its attempts every day.
Ricochet will identify the right person within the right company, and then put together a list of their contact information, including phone number and email address, website, LinkedIn, and Companies House where available. These leads appear in your inbox every day, up to 150 per month, helping you to reach your targets and grow your business faster.
Co-founder and CEO of Ricochet Paul Smith may be familiar from a number of other places, such as Newcastle Tech Trust, Hyperloop One, Techstars, Campus North, and Ignite.
Building on all of these as a foundation, we doubt Ricochet needs much in the way of luck, and we expect to see it adopted by more and more business as its core AI learns and becomes more effective right off the bat.
