The Raise Accelerator, the NI-based private programme, is on the hunt for 6 new startups for 6 months, in return for 6% equity share for their latest summer cohort...
In the midst of COVID-19, the opportunity for disruption is plenty. With new ways of working, living, shopping, enhancing processes and interacting; technology adds real value to industry during these challenging times.
The Raise Accelerator is Northern Ireland's privately-run startup accelerator based in Silicon Alley in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter, who's programme aims to offer those with technology based startup ideas, the opportunity to explore their disruptive ideas further.
During the 6-month programme selected companies will explore their business idea, go through robust startup workshops focused on getting the foundations right, learn about business operations, connect with investors and work with mentors to learn from their expertise. Raise believe that the key to a startups success is learning how to work on and in their business at the same time.
Berne Omoalofe, CEO of Pryntd said “This is a forward thinking, very intensive program. We are learning everything we need to be a successful startup especially in a post pandemic economy we are about to emerge in the coming months and years to come"
Jenny Ervine Co Founder of Raise said “Our accelerator programme is for the best disruptive and scalable start-ups. We are looking for 6 starts-ups for 6 months in return for 6% equity share. The success of Raise is directly tied to the start-ups. If the start-ups don’t make it then neither does Raise”
