Raise a Toast for BrewBroker

by Startacus Admin
Home or startup brewers take note - Brewbroker - the marketplace for brewing, packaging and logistics is for you

Say you are just one person, or a small partnership, and you have perfected your beer. You want to be able to produce it on a larger scale than is possible in your garden shed, so you look into contract brewing. You have to find a brewery to work with, and you have to negotiate the terms and a price that both parties are comfortable with. Just because you can make beer doesn’t mean you fully understand the ins and outs of larger scale production, and you may end up paying more than necessary.
Fear not! London-based BrewBroker is here to facilitate the brewing deals for you. Whether you are a home brewer, a startup brewery, or a small brewery trying to scale-up, BrewBroker will connect you to not only a contract brewer, but afterwards to kegging and bottling services and will even help you get labels to slap on your brand new creation. By facilitating all of this, the startup removes risk from you, ensures a high quality at every stage, and lets you get on with your next beer.
BrewBroker exceeded their £380,000 funding target on CrowdCube, which allowed them to launch at the end of last month at Craft Beer Rising. And because any craft beer event needs beer, they used the opportunity to get a group of home brewers, Sour Fingers, contracted with a brewery, bottled, labelled and kegged in time to launch and serve their beer at CBR.
The UK brewing industry is predicted to be worth £228 billion by 2020, and this is a great, low-cost opportunity for anybody to become a brewer without actually owning a brewery.
