Pitching Opportunity for North of England Tech Startups

Our friends at Tech North are on the hunt to discover the most promising early-stage tech companies operating in the North of England(Applications close on October 9th!)
The poetically named Northern Stars Pitch Competition is travelling the length and breadth of Northern England to find innovative and potentially disruptive startups to go head-to-head with their peers and win an impressive bundle of business prizes.
Applications are welcomed from early-stage tech and digital startups from across the technology sector working in everything from AI, VR and IoT, to drones, HealthTech, Edtech, Gaming, and more!

Startups who are successful at this stage will be invited to deliver a 3-minute pitch at a regional pitch event, and 20 will make it through a grand finale taking place on November 17th where a panel of industry leading judges will decide on 10 winning startups.

To be considered applicants need to meet the following criteria:

Be a digital tech startup based in the North of England

Have raised less than £2m investment

Have market validation with customers and demonstrable traction

Be prepared to develop and deliver a 3-minute pitch at a regional pitch event
The application deadline for Northern Stars is 9th October so you’ll need to get your skates on.
