by Startacus Admin
Aged 18-30 and based in the London? If you’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset or great enterprise idea, this might be for you...
Check out these stats!
According to One Planet Ventures only 20% of small businesses survive their first 18 months of trading, however 87% of businesses enrolled in an incubator are still around after 5 years; that’s an astonishing figure!
Much like Startacus, One Planet Ventures believe that ideas can change the world and that by building a community of like-minded individuals, they can help create and promote long-term career and business sustainability.
So when we heard that the latest Incubator programme taking place via One Planet Venture’s was nearing the end of its application period, we decided the time was right to shine a our little spotlight on them.
So the 4th Hatch Incubator Programme then?
The programme is open to all entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs aged 18-30 that live in London. For 2 years Hatch will be supporting 48 entrepreneurs and their businesses / social enterprises by providing workspace (coworking, making, retail spaces) and facilitating a dedicated back-office and mentoring programme.
For 12-weeks they provide:
-
Weekly workshops, giving you the skills and expertise to run your business or social enterprise.
-
Specialist 1-on-1 support on everything from finance and fundraising to social media.
-
Personalized mentoring, helping you to increase your networks and provide a strategic sounding board for your enterprise
-
Access to subsidised office, retail or ‘making space’ (if needed)
-
Invitations to networking events to reach new audiences and grow your professional network
-
The opportunity to pitch to investors and funders at the end of the programme (on their Demo Day)
