Odore, the smart vending and sampling machine

by Startacus Admin
The sweet smell of success! Innovative smart vending machine and sampling startup Odore, announces partnerships with London’s leading perfumer; Miller Harris, and London’s award winning fine wine & dining venue; M Restaurants to bring consumer’s on-demand fine fragrances to the City of London.
Launched in September 2017, early-stage madtech startup Odore acts as both a smart vending and sampling machine and secondly as a uniquely powerful consumer insights data platform that brands, with products or services can leverage.
Distributing fragrance brands product samples via smart machines installed in locations across London initially, and thereafter in similar locations across UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and the US; Odore aims to target working with strategic venue partners where the smart vending machines can be installed and located.

Step forward, London fragrance house Miller Harris, who are partnering with Odore to place their perfumes in Odore's smart vending machines, gaining deep consumer insights - and in turn allowing then for targeted marketing, boosting fragrance sales, and M Restaurant, a multifaceted restaurant group with locations in the City of London, Victoria and Twickenham - who will house the smart vending machines and Miller Harris range. A win-win one would expect.
Explaining why M Restaurants took this decision, Restaurant Director Zack Charilaou explained:
"Their unique smart machine and technology platform allows our clientele to access some of the newest, most elegant and luxurious fragrances. We truly believe that the combination of fine dining, fine wine, fine fragrances and innovation will elevate our clientele’s experience well beyond what any other established restaurant in London can offer."
Odore co-founder Karan Gupta said:
“We are delighted to have a partnership with Miller Harris and M Restaurants to be our first partners and help us launch our brand, product and service. As two leaders in their respective sectors, they see where innovation, technology and data can be beneficial for all parties and their respective business.”
Smell's like it could be a winner to us and we look forward to seeing how the Odore concept further develops.
