Odore - the all-in-one Digital Product Sampling Platform

The ability to create personalised marketing and thereby create a long-term relationship with customers is hampered to varying degrees by data privacy, strong spam email filters, ad blockers, and more. The solution is to turn to a service specifically set up for the purposes of creating marketing campaigns and customer engagement that builds brand experience for customers and thereby promotes customer retention.
London-based startup Odore has built that service, in the form of an all-in-one platform for brands to design and deliver product campaigns simply, easily, and impactfully.
Odore allows businesses to create interactive customer experiences through the likes of quizzes and questionnaires, all in a matter of minutes with drag and drop options that anyone can use - collaboratively among an entire team, if you want - but which also offer deeper editing abilities so that you aren’t stuck with anything generic-looking. The platform automates A/B testing to ensure that you are always delivering the highest performing campaign possible, and its smart interface gives you personalised recommendations when building said campaigns, using previous customer responses and aggregated data.
Odore works across multiple platforms and channels at once, integrating seamlessly with existing systems such as Salesforce or Shopify, and gives you a powerful dashboard from which to see everything. Current clients showing how effective a tool it is include L’Oreal, Guerlain, and Dior.
In January, Odore announced that it had raised £1 million in a seed round led by Blackfinch Ventures, with participation from SFC Capital and angel investors. This funding will go towards increasing the platform’s capabilities and expanding the team, as well as the startup’s international reach.
