Partner at Tughans, John McGuckian is directly involved in the sale and acquisition of companies, group restructures, joint ventures, shareholder matters and commercial law issues for corporate clients, and more specificaly here, is a member of Tughans Funds team working for private equity and venture capital providers and investee companies in respect of investments seed, venture and private equity funding.
