MYNDUP - a new approach to mental health support

by Startacus Admin
The lowdown on MYNDUP, the startup that's tackling the "one size fits all" approach to mental health via 1-1 live video sessions.
The ever-increasing awareness of the need for us all to look after our mental health has led many innovative startups emerging, each with the aim of helping us do just that. One such startup is MYNDUP, which was founded in 2020.
The startup’s primary goal is to address the ‘one size fits all approach’ to mental health, by providing live 1-1 video sessions across the entire mental health spectrum, ensuring that users can easily access a range of tailored, full spectrum mental health support.
Sessions are available on everything from therapy and counselling, life and career counselling through to mindfulness and psychology.
Users can choose to either book a video session with one of the qualified practitioners on one specific topic or speak to a practitioner on a more general level. All sessions can be booked for either 30 or 60 minutes.
In addition to this, MYNDUP also provides a service for businesses, whereby employers that wish to improve the mental wellbeing of their teams can arrange for their employees to avail of sessions, as well as access to videos and webinars on a whole host of topics. Employers are also provided with anonymous stats and data so they can see the impact that MYNDUP is having on their teams.
A fantastic startup with a fab and hugely important vision - “Uplifting every MYND, one conversation at a time”...
