Kuberno - transforming governance through tech

by Startacus Admin
The lowdown on Kuberno and its innovative tech solution to help companies navigate through governance and compliance requirements.
London-based governance-tech startup Kuberno seeks to reframe ways that teams work around governance, beating bureaucracy and finding digital solutions to governance challenges. They say that their new SaaS product, Kube, will do for governance what Salesforce did for marketing.
Company secretaries currently must manage governance and compliance requirements using cumbersome, significantly outdated solutions based, Kuberno says, on 30-year-old databases.
Built by governance professionals, Kube is a global governance platform for any size of business in any industry, and provides them all with a single source of truth accessible by all these professionals. It can be licensed directly by companies, or by law firms and accountants, who can white label the platform.
With Kube’s Companies House integration, it can automatically take care of filings, and provide real-time validation, as well as giving you the ability to simply import new entities, rather than a time-consuming process of manually entering all of the data. Kuberno says that this can save anywhere from hours to months of clerical work.
Currently, Kuberno is working on gaining significant traction within the UK market by the end of this year, which will help them launch into global expansion, starting with the US, where they have already dipped their toes with a demo to a large, undisclosed group.
In March this year, the 6-person Kuberno team was announced as one of the 10 winners of Tech Nation’s Rising Stars 4.0, and being inducted into the Tech Nation alumni network will no doubt add valuable contacts to their already strong network as they look towards expanding into the US market. With their goals of achieving an annual growth rate of 340% by 2025, this strong network will be invaluable, and we look forward to seeing the improvement they bring to the work of those professionals in governance management.
