Investors and Industry pros announced as LEVELUP startup pitch judges

Judging panel now revealed for the LEVELUP startup pitch comp for early stage NI startups taking place at Derry & Strabane Enterprise Week - entries open until 10th April
With just over 2 weeks to go until the LEVELUP startup pitch competition for early stage NI startups, the judging panel has now been revealed.
Delivered by Startacus and in partnership with Derry City and Strabane District Council, the competition is a key element of LEVELUP 2021, a 2-day hybrid event that forms part of Derry and Strabane Enterprise Week.
The LEVELUP pitch competition, which is co-sponsored by RealTime Recruitment, will see up to 14 NI startups pitching virtually to a panel of industry experts for the opportunity to win a £2000 cash prize.
The judging panel of industry pros and investors that they will need to impress include:
Dave Graham - technologist at Dell Technologies and PhD Candidate at UCD's SMARTLab
Naomi Timperley - Co Founder of Tech North Advocates and experienced growth and innovation consultant.
Dr Colin Keogh - award-winning Engineer, leader in the Irish startup space and an active technology consultant and developer
Beth Glenfield - Product Manager at Puppet, Director for Women Who Code and scout for Ada Ventures
Audrey Osborne - Investor at Techstart Ventures LLP and former founding member of an Angel and VC backed NI startup
Shaun Sharkey, Equity Fundraising Manager, Crowdcube
Nico Albanese - Senior Associate at Ascension Ventures and organiser of the Debut Sessions virtual pitch initiative
All NI startups which offer innovative solutions and show real growth potential in one of the following categories are encouraged to apply:

Social Change

Inclusion & Diversity
-
*Wildcard - any other disruptive solution or product
In addition, startups must be 36 months old or less and have raised less than £100k (in terms of grants, funds and investment).
