Inkpact offers personalised handwritten communication

by Startacus Admin

The startup that'll help you create a truly memorable customer experience...

But how do you contend with the multitude of emails and letters we all get every day?
London-based marketing startup Inkpact thinks that the best way to stand out and make a lasting impression is by taking the time to send hand-written letters rather than add to someone’s mound of unread emails.
Whether it is a thank you for choosing your company, or letting your VIP customers know about an upcoming promotion, or apologising for drinking too much at the office party and singing My Name is Tallulah, sending a personal, hand-written letter instantly captures their attention more than an email or even printed letter.
The way it works is simple: just go to the website and type in your letter, choose a handwriting style and upload your logo to brand the stationery, upload your recipients’ details securely, and Inkpact’s talented scribes will hand write your letter for you. The open rate, a demonstrated 50% retention increase, and 230% increase in response rate make it cost effective compared to normal emails and letters, and your own hands don’t have to get cramp.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Inkpact has decided to use its platform to tackle loneliness in this time of social isolation, pledging to send 2,000 letters to people in isolation to spread kindness, love, and positivity.
These are from strangers to strangers, bringing hope and love from unexpected sources and reminding people that the world isn’t quite as dark as it might seem. As well as this #Coloveletters campaign, Inkpact’s profits for March and April are going to Covid Mutual Aid, the Trussell Trust, and Age UK.
Kudos team.
