Inadash wants to make property rental easy

by Startacus Admin

PropTech startup Inadash is aiming to innovate how people rent property, keeping the transaction quick, easy and on-demand...

But even renting a home is stressful and time consuming in a world where we are always on the go. So in the digital age, where everything is online, everything is an app, and everything is on-demand, wouldn’t it be a good idea to have an easier, quicker way of rental hunting?
London-based Inadash thinks there should be, and so they made one. Doing away with phone calls and emails and application forms, Inadash is an app that allows potential renters to search for houses and flats, or even single rooms, with ease. Estate agents can set their status to let people know if they are at the property or due to visit so that you can more easily schedule a viewing. If the agent hasn’t scheduled a visit, you can request a viewing at the touch of a button.
If you like what you see even without a viewing, you can make an offer right away. In just 4 steps, you could go from thinking about getting a roof over your head to moving in under that new roof.
For both property hunters and estate agents, there is a rating system to ensure that users don’t get caught out by time wasters, fake images, bad service, etc. And the estate agents’ side of the app makes their lives easier by allowing them to manage clients and bookings in one place, on top of sharing availability to show off their properties.
Inadash hasn’t been going for long, but they have already added a host of estate agents to their user base. We look forward to seeing how this proptech startup further develops...
