HR DataHub - benchmarking data for all aspects of HR

by Startacus Admin
HR DataHub is a benchmarking platform with all the insights and tools you'll need to make data-led HR decisions.
Even the most well-meaning of businesses can struggle to ensure that their employees are treated as well as they should be. Whether it is a case of ensuring that the business is as inclusive and diverse as you want it to be, as responsive to employee conflicts, or simply ensuring that your rates of pay and benefits reflect the skill of your employees and encourage retention, every business could do with some help and insight, perhaps from an external source in possession of a mass of data sourced from numerous other businesses.
Bedfordshire-based startup HR DataHub has created a platform to provide clients a direct link to the startup’s proprietary database of critical HR data, sourced from over 250 companies - which represents more than 4 million employees - allowing them to deal with the most complicated employment issues. They can use HR DataHub to easily track HR issues and quickly take action on a variety of HR issues from diversity and inclusion, to learning and development, to recruitment.
The database allows clients to see data from peer companies to check what they could be doing better, and allows them to benchmark themselves, using 150+ metrics across all areas of HR, such as Engagement, Recruitment, Talent, Employee Relations, and more. Using this data, they can also ensure that things like benefits, pay, and bonuses are competitive, and they are never taking their talented employees for granted.
In 2021, HR DataHub was announced as one of Tech Nation’s Regional Winners of their 12 Days of Scaleups, representing the East of England, and was one of the 10 Rising Stars 4.0 winners, in the HR-tech category, for 2022 on March 30. This came a year on from an impressive £1 million seed round led by the Angel CoFund and backed by an angel syndicate. This helped the startup to scale and attract some big-name clients, including Tesco, Siemens, Aviva, Thames Water, Ikea, and over 100 other well known businesses.
