GuestReady takes the hassle out of hosting on Airbnb

by Startacus Admin

GuestReady, the London startup that's making it easier for property owners to run holiday rentals and taking the hassle out of hosting on Airbnb, booking.com and the like...

This on top of your own work, perhaps when you should be on holiday yourself, can end up being more stressful than it is worth. The solution, then, is to let someone else do all the work!
London-based proptech startup GuestReady can be that someone. They can take the hassle out of the whole process by taking care of everything that needs taking care of, allowing you to live out your dreams of being some kind of holiday property magnate.
GuestReady will do the things you would expect, such as housekeeping, stocking toiletries, and keeping sheets and towels clean and fresh; but they will also take professional photographs for your listing and put up that listing for you, as well as optimise the price. They will take care of guest approval and communication with them, and even be there in person to greet them at the door and hand over the keys. Then they will oversee the check-out process and take care of any maintenance required in the property. All of these details are shared via the platform’s dashboard, so you know what is happening with your property at all times.
GuestReady offers this service in multiple cities across the world, including France, Hong Kong, and the United Arab Emirates, and they have wasted no time in making their mark. In April, the startup secured a huge Series A round of $6m. They won the 2018 Serviced Apartment Award as ‘Best Service Provider’, and just recently, they were announced as one of the top winners of the Top 100 Swiss Startup Awards hosted by Venturelab.
