GRNDHOUSE - the strength-training startup

by Startacus Admin
The lowdown on GRNDHOUSE, the London-based startup that's on a mission to eradicate the stereotypes and make strength-based training accessible to all.
If you’ve ever been a tad intimidated by the weights area in the gym or felt that strength training wasn’t really for you, perhaps it’s time to think again.
London-based startup GRNDHOUSE is on a mission to eradicate the stereotypes often associated with strength training and make it accessible to all.
Recognising that a stronger body can also help build a stronger mind, they have developed an online platform and app that focuses solely on strength training classes. Offering a seven-day guided programme, they aim to help users train each body part over the course of a week. There are new classes every day and users who subscribe also have access to an online library of workouts.
The startup has been created by some of London’s most experienced boutique fitness instructors so you know that when you take a class you’re in good hands! During each class, you’ll be talked through which free weights or resistance bands you’d need and how to use them effectively, with the core aim of helping you to become both physically and mentally strong.
At present GRNDHOUSE has focused primarily on the UK market, however there are plans in place to expand to the US.
We reckon this is a startup that’s worth watching!
