I love the idea of Room101 for Entrepreneurs so let’s get lots of annoying things in there!
As a positive minded entrepreneur who jumps out of bed every morning to challenge the day, my Room101 would be “Negativity” - it’s the worst thing you can have in your business.
If your staff are “Negative” it brings the rest of the office down. It’s amazing how much more you will conquer with a “Positive” mindset. Remember your energies and emotions can even be felt through the telephone to your customers!
As a leader your energies are transferred to your employees so make that team meeting exciting!
Ok, so if we walked down the street hi-fiving and skipping, people would think we were crazy but let’s get some good vibes into our businesses!
My old boss, a David Brent character used to say! “Don’t bring me problems, tell me solutions!” and that is so true!
