Dezeen Live - get involved...

by Startacus Admin
If Design is your thing, the upcoming 100% Design event being held in London later this month, is probably already on your radar. If not, it is now...
100% Design is the largest design event held in the UK and attracts exhibitors, designers, visitors and press from all around the world. Celebrating and showcasing all that is new, innovative and creative in contemporary design, the event is expecting this year some 40,000 attendees. Impressive stuff!
And the good news is that there is still time for you to get involved thanks to Dezeen, one of the most influential and popular design blogs out there.
Dezeen Live at 100% Design will consist of a series of live hour long shows that will include everything from interviews, reports, discussions and music. All shows will be filmed and then broadcast later on dezeen.
Dezeen are currently looking for designers and other creatives to take part in the events which are being held at Earls Court from 19-22 September. Ideas for short 5 minute performances, sketches, acts or product demos are all being considered to be featured at the end of each show. Interested? Then email a one page PDF outline of your idea, together with any images, video or audio files to dan@dezeen.com.
Dezeen has also recently done a call out for musicians, composers and sound artists who too can play an active role in Dezeen Live by having their music played during one of the shows. If you’d like your music to be featured, simply send some examples of your work and a bit about yourself to musicproject@dezeen.com or alternatively share your music by uploading some tracks to the Dezeen Soundcloud account.
