Crowdfunder and JCDecaux join forces!

by Startacus Admin
Fancy winning an outdoor poster campaign for your startup? Or how about raising some additional funding? Or accessing a whole heap of marketing support?
Well, thanks to a recently launched initiative by our friends at Crowdfunder and JCDecaux, the UK’s leading Outdoor Advertising company you could potentially win all three!
The two companies have joined forces in a bid to help up to 100 startups across Britain rapidly scale their businesses. Their “Grow” campaign which is aimed at both startups and SMEs is launching as you’d expect with an outdoor advertising campaign!
Here’s the lowdown on the Crowdfunder and JCDecaux initiative:
Startups who fund their media spend via a Crowdfunder campaign, will get additional support from Nurture, JCDecaux’s new division. That support will come in the form of a marketing and design mentoring service as well as match funding, meaning that there is the option for startups to potentially double the value of their campaigns!
If that wasn’t impressive enough, they’re also giving startups which launch a campaign to fund their media spend via Crowdfunder before November 30th, the opportunity to win a tailored and bespoke outdoor poster campaign for their business. The winner of this fab prize will be the startup project which secures the most number of backers for its crowdfund.
If you’re interested in getting involved, simply register your details via the Crowdfunder site and they’ll take it from there.
This is such a good initiative and with two companies like this behind it, you can see why it’ll be a success.
As Rob Love, Crowdfunder Chairman, said: "As the UK's No1 crowdfunding platform Crowdfunder has turned thousands of ideas into reality, helping businesses, social enterprises and charities across Britain validate their ideas - and unlock millions - through fund raising, match funding and additional support. Working in this way, with a world leading media company like JCDecaux to help start ups and SMEs, is ground-breaking and we are excited about the potential of what this partnership could achieve for businesses across the UK.”
You’re not alone there Rob! We’re excited to see the outcomes of this partnership too!
