Clear - the app that lets you buy, track and share your skincare.

by Startacus Admin
The lowdown on Clear, the skincare app with a social focus enabling users to track and share their skincare routines.
As many of us know, finding the right skincare products that are actually going to work as we’d like them to, can be a real challenge. However one of the best ways of doing this is by finding out what products other people with either the same type of skin or skincare issues as we may have, generally use. Whether it's the best ways to handle dry skin or acne, or how best to exfoliate or cleanse, shared knowledge is a pretty wonderful and useful thing!
In a bid to help, an innovative new startup has created a solution. Clear has a vision to make skincare social, transparent and inclusive.
The Clear app has over 20,000 skincare products on its database. Users can input which products they are using and take progress pictures, in order to keep track of what is or isn’t working.
It also features a tracker which enables users to record their skincare routines morning and night and build their own skincare diary. Although user notes and progress selfies are kept private, routines are shared publicly, so users can follow other people’s skincare journeys and identify what products and routines may work best for them too.
Clear has a social element at its core, aiming to enable users to find and follow others with similar skincare issues, share reviews of products and also get and share skincare advice and tips.
In addition, the app also enables users to find the best deals for their skincare purchases - thereby saving them money whilst also finding the products that work best. A win-win!
