Career Masterclass announces launch of new platform

Career Masterclass, the leading digital career development platform for black and ethnically-diverse professionals unveils upgraded new platform and mentor matching feature.
The good news keeps coming for Career Masterclass, the champions of career development for ethnically-diverse professionals and under-represented groups! Following its recent investment news, the company has now announced the launch of its upgraded platform, to help increase the support available to its users and provide them with the tools they need to propel their careers forward.
Upon registration, professionals using the new Career Masterclass platform will now be asked to complete a detailed career assessment, describing where they are in their journey, as well as outlining their future goals and aspirations. The platform will then recommend relevant content to them - everything from live monthly events and masterclasses, through to articles and workbooks to help them reach their career goals. The recommended list will display as a personalised dashboard, individually curated to help professionals navigate their careers and attain new heights as they develop.
Professionals using the platform will also be offered exclusive mentor matching, where they are matched with a mentor who has experienced and successfully navigated career challenges. The new platform will also see the introduction of STRETCH Plus, a communal network based on the success of the STRETCH conference enabling attendees and professionals to continue building connections and strengthening relationships far beyond the conference itself.
Career Masterclass CEO, Bukola Adisa, says: “I am really excited about the launch of our new platform – it provides professionals with the content that they need to succeed and thrive in their chosen careers. We have invested significant resources, as well as dedicating a six-figure sum, to the relaunch of our platform and I am really proud of what has been achieved already. Not only have we significantly expanded our offering, but we are also improving user access to the invaluable team of experts and professionals that work with us, ensuring that professionals have the equipment they need to reach new heights in their careers”.
Exciting times ahead! And we’re thrilled that Bukola is on the Diversity, Inclusion and Social Purpose panel at our Work: In Progress event next week. We’ll be discussing everything from building and sustaining an inclusive workforce, tackling conscious and unconscious bias and of course finding out a lot more about this innovative career development platform. We’d love you to join us at this streamed event - book your free tickets now!
