Candidate.ID - talent pipeline software

by Startacus Admin
Candidate.ID, the startup that's on a mission to build talent pipelines, which enable the world’s employers to hire faster with higher quality...
As we said in our recent article about recruitment startup for the industrial sector, Pickr, a survey of over 700 UK businesses showed that one of the two biggest challenges these businesses will face in 2019 is recruitment.
As usual, startups are stepping up to lessen this challenge as much as possible and to disrupt an outdated sector that is no longer fit for purpose. We have recently written about several such recruitment startups - such as AnyGood?, Wander, and Applied, to name a few - but what about one that allows businesses to recruit strategically by building and nurturing talent pools to stay ahead of demand, you may ask.
Well that’s an oddly specific question, but luckily we know about Glasgow-based Candidate.ID and their innovative talent pipeline software.
While it’s tough for people looking for work to compete against others with similar talents and experience, it can also be tough for employers to compete with each other to find the best talent and recruit them before anyone else.
Candidate.ID’s solution to this is a talent pipeline that builds and nurtures a pool - gathered from multiple sources - of talent that may be ready for recruitment right away or might need some nurturing for recruitment further down the line.
Candidate.ID gives candidates a score and rating based on things like engagement, actions, articles and blog posts read, visiting your company’s careers page, and suitability for the employer’s needs, so that it is easy to identify the right match for your business. The software will send a notification to your recruitment team as soon as one of these candidates has accumulated enough points. Keeping a pool of talent and nurturing them in Candidate.ID’s unique way means that time between losing an employee and hiring the next can be drastically reduced.
Candidate.ID recently won the Recruiting Startup awards that ran during SmartRecruiters’ Hiring Success 19 summit in San Francisco. This adds to their crown of winner of the recruitment tech start-up competition at Unleash World Conference in Amsterdam, October 2018, and we’re sure these will be among many as the company expands overseas to New York and Singapore.
