by Startacus Admin

There are more than 50 million young black professionals around the world. Step forward BYP Network, a platform and app aiming to change the often negative black media narrative, with their linkedin-like platform and community for ambitious young black professionals to connect with each other and with corporations for job opportunities.
Bringing future leaders together, between the ages of 18 - 35, by giving them an online platform to meet like-minded people, BYP Network hope this will lead to job opportunities, entrepreneurship opportunities, friendships and networks within the black community.
As part of BYP Network offering they also host events such as networking, professional development and fun social gatherings.
Founded by London-based Kike Oniwinde, who came up with the idea after studying abroad, the BYP Network, a platform available on ios, android and web for users, aims to tackle the whole professional journey from grassroots to senior managers - providing a growth pipeline that focuses on mentorship, peer collaborations and career development.
Kike, a BSc graduate of The University of Nottingham, University of Florida MA scholar, and an ex-Great Britain javelin thrower, was named a Sky Woman in Technology Scholar, F-Factor Winner and New Entrepreneurs Foundation Winner, and all in the last year alone.
With a business leader with that acumen leading the BYP Network, we expect the platform to continue to grow.
