by Startacus Admin
Ibrahim Farook, Founder of edtech startup Bright Idea Education and Bright Idea Enterprise, chatted to Startacus at Digital DNA 2018 about his passion for making a real difference for people with dyslexia, and his mission to empower the next generation, by digitalising education, using AR and VR.
Ibrahim Farook, Founder of Bright Idea Education and Bright Idea Enterprise, is a proud Dyslexic, who has experienced first-hand the difficulties and frustrations imposed by inflexible, one size fits all education system.
His passion to make a real difference for people with Dyslexia and underprivileged children, has lead him to launch startup Bright Idea Education, and develop products, BIE - a unique new VR concept app, that will use 3D, visual, sound and movement for further learning and SmartBooks - a AR tool that will combine traditional printed textbooks, storybooks, worksheets and many more with VR and AR content, providing students with a more engaging way of learning.
