BMW Group Financial Services launches 10 week Collaboration Lab

Tech Startups take note! With the ambition to drive new thinking, explore new tech and build pioneering solutions, BMW Group Financial Services Collaboration Lab are looking to collaborate with a number of selected innovative tech startups and entrepreneurs during a ten week programme based in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
Based at the Americas Regional Services Center in Columbus, Ohio, selected startups will be given the opportunity to trial their products at scale, access data, network with industry experts, receive mentoring from the leadership team of the BMW Group Financial Services NA and access funding from early stage investors and corporate innovation specialists L Marks.
From digitizing the Customer Journey, data analytics and insights, building a blockchain strategy, lease returns and life-cycle management, and a wildcard category for proposals that helps the way people engage with their automotive finance, the BMW Group Financial Services Collaboration Lab are looking for startups to join the ten week programme to develop, test innovative solutions that can benefit consumers, dealers, and partners.
Applications are currently open and will close on the 17th June, with then shortlisted startups invited to a Pitch Day to pitch to a BMW senior leadership team to bag a place on the ten week Collaboration Lab which kicks off on the 3rd September and finalises on the 16th November with that all important Demo Day.

The ten-week intensive Collaboration Lab programme will be run in collaboration with L Marks, specialists in applied corporate innovation and early stage investors, who have worked with some of the world’s most high-profile brands, including BMW, Arsenal FC, and Lloyd’s of London.
