Aura - Transforming the IVF experience.

by Startacus Admin
The lowdown on Aura, the fertility support app aiming to deliver best-in class psychosocial care and optimise fertility outcomes.
Over the last number of years there has been a clear rise in people being open about undergoing fertility treatments. This frankness and normalisation is positive and refreshing to see, particularly for anyone who may be struggling with fertility issues. However, it’s important to remember the emotional impact on an individual if the results and outcomes of treatment aren’t always what they are hoping for. Thankfully startups and apps such as Aura have been created in a bid to help.
Femtech startup Aura was founded in London 2020 by co-founders, Abi Hannah, Jo Living and Karen Hanson. The team set out to reimagine whole-person care in fertility and humanise the IVF experience. Their app aims to deliver psychosocial care and optimise fertility outcomes.
The app has many features including, IVF support with personalised, accessible and integrated patient-centred support. It is an expert-led, evidence-based platform and has had exceptional outcomes to date.
The Aura app is well on the way to transforming the IVF experience for many people. In the last 6 months alone, it has had over 6,000 downloads and additionally secured £700,000 pre-seed funding to enable its inspiring mission to continue!
