Northern Stars 2017 - a Tech North pitch competition
Applications are now open for Northern Stars 2017 - a Tech North startup pitch competition, open to 'Northern' based early-stage tech startups, who've raised no more than £2 million in equity-based investment and have a product on the market that's gained traction.
For the first time, all 20 Northern Stars finalists will receive support and promotion from Tech North. Both the 10 winners and the 10 runners up will receive pitch training, a PR campaign and media training as well as personalised support and communications around opportunities for their business. All 20 will also receive tickets to, and a place on an exhibition stand at, our Founders’ Network Summit in spring 2018.
Applications close at 11.59pm on Sunday 8 October 2017, with a series of regional heats taking place across the North in the coming months, with the grand final taking place in November. Good luck to all the Northern based startups that apply.
