12-Week Accelerator for Startups That Could Impact Social Housing Sector

HouseMark Evolve
Leading provider of Social Housing Data HouseMark, have teamed up with our colleagues at Innovation Specialists LMarks, and 13 leading UK housing providers to create HouseMark Evolve - an accelerator programme designed to help tech and digital startups looking to break into the social housing market.
Central to the aim of the 12-week programme will be helping entrepreneurs to understand the business opportunities that exist within the sector, as well as supporting the development of new and necessary products and services.
Startups who are awarded a place on the accelerator will be given access to senior leaders in the housing sector.
The providers in the programme have hundreds-of-thousands of owned and managed homes between them, as well as plans to build thousands more in the coming years. At a time when digital technology focused innovations are revolutionising the housing sector this is a great opportunity to break into a market with huge potential.

The team at HouseMark Evolve are interested in hearing from Startups at all stages of development who have an innovation, or innovative idea that could make waves in the social housing sector.

• Repairs and maintenance
• Data management, use and analysis
• Behavioural insights and engagement to help understand customers and colleagues.
• Digital channels which help to connect tenants and providers in fast and easy ways.
